We’re proud to have assisted East Gas Company and IMEX International, with the agreements aimed at establishing a new company focused on enhancing the value of low-concentration phosphate ores – a crucial resource for Egypt’s mining industry.

This landmark agreement brings together key stakeholders including the Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority (EMRA), East Gas Company, and IMEX International. It marks a significant milestone in collaborative efforts to bolster Egypt’s mineral resources sector.

We have also assisted with the MOU signed with EMRA, Société Française de Réalisation, d’Etudes et de Conseil (SOFRECO), and THYSSENKRUPP UHDE for cooperation in implementing this strategically important project.
