Secured a final court decision for our international client in the surveying, testing, verification, and inspection sector. We managed to secure the Client’s full relief in the case. The case showed several challenges including the services – subject of the dispute – rendered in more than six countries, making the expert’s mission more complicated. The absence of a signed/formal contract between the disputing parties. And the only evidence was e-documents.

The team also managed to secure for the client, the provisional seizure of the defendant’s bank accounts upon receiving the first instance court decision.
