Aly’s experience encompasses drafting and reviewing various types of documents (such as SPA, SHAs etc.), conducting due diligences, red flag reports, drafting transaction documents, and providing legal opinions in general corporate matters. Advised the luxury network on establishing an Egyptian entity as well as representing them in several negotiations on different commercial agreements and several restructuring. Advised VanOrd Ship Management one of the leading Maritime and ship management companies worldwide with respect to incorporating an Egyptian corporate vehicle to conduct their business in Egypt.

He advises clients in different industries such as F&B, energy, education, maritime and ship management, banking and finance, hospitality and agriculture. Advised Wadi foods on its acquisition to a foreign investment which included a full-fledged due diligence exercise. Advised Marriot on establishing a hotel in the Sinai peninsula in accordance with Sinai law.

Aly holds a dual Bachelor of Laws from London South Bank University as well as the British University in Egypt and completed his pre-laws in Political Science and Government from the University of Toronto, Canada.
