Amr has experience in commercial litigation, alternate dispute resolution and legislative compliance. He has experience in matters relating to contracts, shareholder disputes, director disputes, judicial review litigation and public law issues.

Amr holds a bachelors of laws from Ein Shams University  in Egypt.
