Fathallah is a member of the corporate commercial team at Hafez & Partners.  Prior joining H&P, he worked as an In-house Legal Counsel at a multinational company where he was in charge of all governmental responsibilities and arrangements, and he also interned at top tier law firms.

Fathallah has advised clients on restructuring plans and strategies for local and international entities He has represented and advised several multinationals in M&A transactions including conducting legal due diligence, conducting legal research, drafting, and reviewing transaction documents.

Fathallah holds a double Bachelor of Laws from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University and Ain Shams University. He then went on to earn his Master’s degree in Public Law of strategic and Business sectors from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University.
