Islam is an associate in our corporate team, he specializes in general corporate matters.

Islam’s experience encompasses drafting and reviewing various types of documents (such as SPA, term sheets, purchase orders etc.), conducting due diligences, drafting transaction documents, and providing legal opinions in general corporate matters.

He advises Egyptian and international clients in different industries such as Automotive, ICT, Energy and healthcare.

Islam holds a Bachelor of Laws from the German University in Egypt.

He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
