Osama’s experience includes over 25 years of dispute resolution expertise in Egypt, covering different practices as civil, commercial, administrative, corporate, banking, criminal and labor law. His experience also spans over various sectors such as banking and finance, maritime and shipping, oil and gas, construction and hospitality management, F&B and transportation.

Osama has a particular experience and long stand track record in pursuing damages lawsuits and tracing debtors’ assets to enforce court decisions and court injunctions.

Osama is particularly seasoned in navigating complex cases, he represented many of the biggest shipment companies including Fedex in court proceedings and settlements. He also represented Credit Agricole bank in a proceeding over defaulted loan as well as represented one of the biggest telecom companies in a fraud case via e-wallets.

Before joining Hafez & Partners, Osama was a leading lawyer in several reputable and tier one law firms in Egypt. Osama holds a Bachelor of Law from Menoufia University.
