Sawsan is an associate in our corporate team, she specializes in commercial and general corporate matters

Sawsan has a wide experience in the drafting and reviewing of various types of agreements, conducting due diligences, drafting transaction documents, and providing legal opinions in commercial and general corporate matters.

She advises Egyptian and international clients in different industries such as food & beverages, construction, pharmaceutical and healthcare. She also worked on several restructuring projects both domestically and cross-border.

She holds two Bachelors of Laws one from Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne university and the other from Cairo University, Faculty of Law.

Sawsan went on to earn her Master’s degree in International and European Business Law from Paris 1 Pantheon- Sorbonne University.

She is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2016.
