Siza has advised Egyptian and international clients in connection with general corporate matters and in several M&A transactions in different sectors including healthcare, F&B, insurance, banking, pharmaceutical, real estate, logistics and hospitality, such as representing CDC Group Plc, together with Clifford Chance, in its minority stake acquisition Transactions of Alfa Medical Group. Representing Agthia Group, together with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in its majority stake acquisition of Ismailia Investments (Atyab). Representing Aleph Holding, a global partner to the world’s largest digital media players, in its 86% acquisition of Connect Ads.

Throughout her career she advised clients on several commercial and regulatory matters. She has drafted and reviewed several commercial and civil agreements including Joint Venture Agreements, Cooperation Agreements, Commercial Agency and Hotel Management Agreements. Prepared legal advice in connection with group restructuring and cross-border transactions. Assisted with the establishment of different forms of companies, branches and representative offices in Egypt.

Before joining H&P, Siza worked for a top-tier law firm in Cairo. She holds a BA from the Université Paris 1, Pantheon Sorbonne, Cairo.
