Hafez & Partners is pleased to have acted as legal counsel for Benya in signing a strategic Joint Venture with Khazna Data Centers cementing a $250 million investment to establish the first hyper-scale data center in Egypt.

The hyper-scale data center in Maadi Technology Park will offer enhanced digital infrastructure and connectivity by offering reliable, resilient, secure, and an interconnected base for multinational organizations and local businesses.
