Hafez & Partners are pleased to have represented Vodafone Egypt in their acquisition of 9.99% in Bee and Masary, respectively; the stakes were acquired through capital increases. This comes in line with Vodafone Egypt’s plan to increase its investments in the Egyptian market and its expansion of its non-banking financial services products.
